I have not eaten Sugar for nearly 5 weeks now. Results are worth it. Not that it has taken much effort anyway in the sense of avoiding cakes etc. The hardest thing is to remember to look at what the sugar content is in a product. When I see that there is over 22% sugar in just one serve of a jar of a particular pasta sauce I am still amazed. Anyway if you are interested in finding out more for yourself have a read of the book
SWEET POISON and it will answer all the questions. All I can say is that from my perspective and what is relevant in my life this book is just what I needed to read at just the right time. Sooner would have been better. Everything he says has been true for me and has personally worked. I have gone down a dress size already. I do not use scales so I actually have no idea what I actually weigh. But cloths are fitting me and the bloating is less and the energy is increasing. I woke up today and I have obviously shifted some more weight. I simply feel lighter. My appetite control centre is starting to work. I am not constantly looking for food and I am noticing when I am full. I am also noticing when I simply am not hungry. Anyway if you are interested in learning a litle more about your health then I recommend this book. I also recommend taking on board the suggestions and giving it a go.

The second of newest crop of pineapples. I cannot tell you how good this was. I have a few slices left and am just about to devour the last of it. YUMMY.

ReplyDeleteIt really works - it really does. For me anyway. I am simply just not eating all of the time. I actually forget about food for long periods and then get hungry. Still a ways to go but getting there. Cheers, Wendy
